Lecithin

What are the benefits of taking Lecithin?

Lecithin (found in concentrated form in egg yolk and from soybeans) is considered one of the super foods due to it containing many nutrients for health.  One of the most therapeutic and beneficial constituents found in lecithin is Phosphatidylcholine.  Lecithin also contains potent B Vitamins and many phospholipids which are components of every cell in the body and protects cells from oxidation.

The following are some health benefits of lecithin:
