Vegetable juices can help to alkalise the body, support Kidney filtration, increase the mineral and vitamin content of the body and reduce congestion within the body. These actions are beneficial in helping to eradicate disease and effects of an excess lifestyle. A total of 500-700ml of vegetable juice during one day is sufficient and it is recommended to dilute any juice with at least half water.
It is generally considered better to use more vegetable rather than fruit in combination juices. Fruit juices tend to be more acidic and have a higher sugar content which can cause energy imbalances and strain the kidneys. Vegetable juices cleanse the blood, alkalise the system and also encourage liver detoxification. Juices are a fabulous way of ensuring better nutrition as well as encouraging blood cleansing and liver detoxification.

Simple juice
- 1 beetroot
- 2 carrots
- 5 green beans

- 1 handful of spinach

- 8 tomatoes

- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp. fresh dill
- 2-3 basil leaves

- 30mls wheatgrass
- Ginger to taste

Place a bunch of wheatgrass (about ¾ inch diameter) tip down into the feeding Chute. Feed carrots and other desired fruits or vegetables into the chute for a milder tasting combination for those who haven’t tried pure wheatgrass juice before.
