Proving that raw food can be delicious Suki and Brendan are two raw foodies from the Gold Coast who founded Roar Foods. Wholesome raw foods which are gluten free, wheat free and organic as possible. Suki and Brendan love the fact that not only is the Raw foods they create nutritious and delicious but it also helps promote sustainability and personal longevity.
Below is one of the delicious recipes which Suki and Brendan teach in their Raw Food classes.
ZUCHINNI PASTA! The photo on right is served with a great tomato sauce: Just blend: 1/2 cup parsley, 1/2 cup sundried tomato, 3 fresh tomatos and 1/2 cup of macadamias. Serve with chopped olives! Too easy!
